Stay safe when contacting anyone about crypto

Our team will never:

  • Ask for your recovery phrase, private keys or passwords
  • Ask you to connect a wallet, sign a message or move funds
  • Request remote access to your device
  • Message you first on social media or messaging apps
  • Charge a fee to "recover" crypto

If someone claiming to be Keyward or Evolution Computers asks for any of these, do not respond. Please let us know at the email above.

Been the victim of a scam?

We can't recover funds, but you can report crypto fraud in the U.S. to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov and to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov. Also notify the exchange or wallet provider involved.
