These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Keyward website at evolution-computersinc.com, including the 60-Second Self-Check, defense checklist and Threat Guide (together, the "Site"), operated by Evolution Computers, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Educational purpose only

The Site provides general educational information about digital-asset security practices. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or professional security advice, and nothing on the Site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any cryptocurrency or other asset. You are responsible for your own decisions and for evaluating whether any information is appropriate for your circumstances.

2. The Self-Check

The Self-Check score and checklist are generated automatically from the answers you select. They are estimates intended to help you learn, not a professional assessment, audit or guarantee of security. The Self-Check does not inspect your devices, wallets or accounts.

3. No custody, transactions or recovery services

We do not hold, transfer, exchange or manage cryptocurrency or funds for anyone, and we do not offer services to recover lost or stolen assets. We will never ask you for recovery phrases, private keys, passwords or wallet access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers; copy, frame or redistribute substantial portions of the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission; or use our name or trademarks in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, text, graphics and code are owned by Evolution Computers, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Keyward™ and the Keyward logo are trademarks of Evolution Computers, Inc. You may view and print pages, including your personal checklist, for your own non-commercial use.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as government fraud-reporting services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that following its guidance will prevent any loss.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolution Computers, Inc. and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of digital assets, funds, data or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evolution Computers, Inc. from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
