Privacy Policy
Short version: the Self-Check runs in your browser, we don't collect your answers, and we don't use tracking cookies.
Effective date: October 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Evolution Computers, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit the Keyward website at evolution-computersinc.com (the "Site"). If you have questions, contact us at contact@evolution-computersinc.com.
1. Information we do not collect
The Keyward Self-Check runs entirely within your web browser. Your answers are not transmitted to us or to any third party, and we do not create accounts or profiles. We never ask for, and you should never enter on this Site, any recovery phrase (seed phrase), private key, password, wallet address or financial account information.
2. Information stored on your device
If you tick items on the defense checklist, the Site saves which items you've completed in your browser's local storage so your progress is there when you return. This data stays on your device, is not sent to us, and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
3. Cookies and tracking
The Site does not set cookies and does not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. If this changes, we will update this Policy before doing so and, where required by law, ask for your consent.
We may advertise this Site on third-party platforms such as search engines. Those platforms have their own privacy policies governing information they collect when you see or click an ad.
4. Server logs
Like most websites, the server that hosts the Site may automatically record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, the referring page and the date and time of the request. We use this information only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site, and we keep it only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
5. Information you send us
If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use it only to respond to you and keep records of our correspondence. Please do not send sensitive information such as recovery phrases, private keys or passwords – we will never ask for them.
6. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information only (a) to service providers who help us operate the Site, under confidentiality obligations; (b) if required by law or legal process; or (c) to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the limited information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As described above, we do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, email contact@evolution-computersinc.com or call (310) 253-9787. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Residents of other states may have similar rights, and we will honor applicable requests.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other websites
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as government fraud-reporting sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
